Ordering, Payment and Basic Information

  • You can order via our secure shopping cart
  • We accept Pay pal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Money Orders
  • Credit Cards are not billed until the order is ready to ship
  • We only ship to the continental United States. Shipping will be added to the shopping cart and is rated as follows:
Orders up to $60.00 $6.00
Orders over $60.00 10% of the merchandise amount
  • We try to ship items within two weeks of receiving the order.  This will also vary depending on the time of year and how many orders we have on hand.   It may also vary dependent on the items ordered. We do try to accommodate deadlines for our customers.
  • Most of our products are made fresh, so once an order is placed, we consider it a final order, which can't be cancelled or changed.
  • We can fulfill rush orders and there is an additional fee for that. The fee depends on the type and quantity of items. You can contact us if you have a rush order and we will let you know what the additional fees would be.
  • Due to the nature of our business, we welcome custom and special orders. If you are looking for something not on our website, feel free to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • We do not accept any returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong items shipped. No returns will be accepted without our authorization. Please contact us if you have any questions.
  • Our packages are shipped via DHL, Fed Ex ground, UPS or USPS. Second Day and Next Services are available at additional cost.  Please use a street address if possible, so we can ensure the quickest delivery time for your order.
  • Most shipping companies do not require a signature and they will leave your package at the address you specified.  You are responsible for the package if we have proof of delivery from the carrier.  If you require a signature, please note that in the comments section.  Some shipping companies charge extra for that, we will advise you if there is additional costs.
