This is the balm version of a roller we make. We create these in small batches to ensure a great product. The containers opens easily and we include a little spatula to get the product out, if you don't want to use your fingers. The balm rubs in very easily. I use this as soon as I feel the tension building up int he back of my neck and try to catch it before the headache is too intense. I rub it on the back of neck and temples. We use high quality natural products.
