One of my personal favorites. I use the lighter version of cool whip and cream cheese. This is just like a banana cream pie, another favorite of mine. A sell out at every show. We use vanilla wafer cookies, scoobie snack sticks, small sugar cookies or graham crackers. Making this as a dip is our favorite.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cheesecake – mix with 16 oz cream cheese, fill 9” graham cracker crust, refrigerate. Top with whipped topping.
Fruit dip: Combine 8 oz cream cheese with mix, beat til smooth, add 8 oz whipped topping & mix.
Refrigerate several hours, serve with graham cracker sticks, cookies, bagels.
Cream Pie: add mix to pie shell, top with whipped topping
Light version: Use light or fat free ingredients.
Ingredients: Sugar, dextrose, modified food starch, natural & artificial flavor; salt, disodium phosphate, tetrasodium phosphate, mono & diglycerides, yellow 5 & 6, BHA
