This mix makes the best party crackers you will find. We like using oyster crackers and you can use 2 of the 16 oz bags and they are still very flavorful. These are a no bake version. We mix the oil and seasoning, then pour it over the crackers, stirring or tossing. We have used the very large zipper type bags or you can mix in a big bowl. After 4 hours, I spread the crackers out on a parchment lined cookie sheet to make sure they are dry.
These are addictive, only pour what you want in a bowl or you won't stop eating them.
INSTRUCTIONS - Add contents of package to 1 1/3 cups of canola oil in a 2 gallon zip top bag and mix well. Add saltines, mini club or oyster crackers (2-16 oz). Seal bag filled with air. Toss every 10-15 minutes for 1 hours, let rest 4 hours or overnight.
