We love making this with 2 – 8 oz blocks of softened cream cheese and turning it into a cheese ball. We serve this with any type of cracker.
This makes an amazing cheeseball and one mix will make a huge cheeseball. If you can find a butter container, fill the lid (top) with the mixture, pressing it in very tight. Let that sit in the fridge for a few hours, then pop it out. It makes it so convenient to slice the log into pieces for crackers.
DIP: Combine 1 cup of sour cream and 1 cup of real mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip) with 1 mix. Dip will be bitter at first, refrigerate several hours. Serve with veggies, chips, pretzels. Great with baked potatoes.
CHEESEBALL: Beat mix with 16 oz cream cheese (room temp). Refrigerate several hours.
Salad dressing: Add milk to the dip directions.
Light version: Use light or fat free ingredients.
