Add contents of package to 1 1/3 cups of fresh canola oil in a 2 gal zip lock bag and mix well. Add Saltine, Mini Club or Oyster crackers (16 oz). Seal bag filled with air. Toss crackers in bag to thoroughly cover all crackers with seasoning. Toss crackers in bag every 10 – 15 minutes for 1 hour. Let crackers rest for at least 4 hours or overnight for best taste.
